Respect everyone

Fseka has zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or abusive language — in chat, reviews, or in person. Violations result in immediate suspension.

Be on time

No-shows damage everyone. Three no-shows in 90 days result in a strike. Repeated no-shows can lead to account suspension. If you can't make it, cancel early.

Accurate listings

Don't misrepresent your car, capacity, or route. If your car has 4 seats, list 4. Hosts who consistently mislead riders will be flagged for review.

Landmarks & privacy

Fseka assigns public landmarks as meetup points to protect everyone's privacy. These are typically metro stations, shopping malls, or other recognizable public places. We assume a standard radius of 20 km when calculating landmarks — if you need a closer meetup point, select a smaller radius when posting your request.

Package rules

Senders must be present at the handoff and package contents must match the description. No prohibited items (see Terms of Service). Hosts may refuse packages that seem unsafe.

Rate honestly

Ratings are the backbone of trust on Fseka. Gaming ratings — whether inflating your own or maliciously tanking others — results in an immediate account review.

Safety first

If you witness or experience unsafe driving, harassment, or fraud, report it immediately through the in-app chat or email safety@fseka.com. We take all reports seriously.

What gets you suspended

Three or more no-show or late cancellation strikes · Harassment or abusive behavior · Fraudulent listings or fake reviews · Shipping prohibited items · Identity fraud. Three strikes → automatic review. Severe violations → immediate permanent ban.

How to report

Use the in-app chat to escalate issues during or after a trip. For serious safety concerns, email safety@fseka.com. We respond to all reports within 24 hours.
