Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Egyptian National ID to use Fseka. Using the platform constitutes your agreement to these terms.
User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and not use the platform to facilitate illegal activities. Passengers and senders are responsible for being at the agreed meetup point on time.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers must hold a valid Egyptian driver's license, operate a roadworthy vehicle, and carry valid insurance. Travellers are responsible for the safety of all passengers during the trip. When carrying a package, travellers must inspect the item and packaging at handoff, refuse anything suspicious or mismatched, and keep accepted items in reasonable care while they are with them.
Payments
Fseka processes bookings, refunds, and payouts through online payment and withdrawal flows approved by the platform. Amounts may be displayed in FSK as an internal balance ledger pegged 1:1 to EGP. Earnings, refunds, and cancellation compensation enter the wallet in full. Fseka only charges its tiered fee when a user requests a wallet withdrawal. Available payment methods, payout timing, and review requirements may change as the product evolves.
Cancellations
If a booking is still waiting for traveller approval, the full amount returns to the passenger wallet. After confirmation, passenger cancellation more than 24 hours before departure returns the full amount to the passenger wallet. Passenger cancellation 24 hours or less before departure returns the full amount only if cancelled within 30 minutes of booking; after that grace period, 50% returns to the passenger wallet and 50% is paid to the traveller wallet. Cancellation after departure or no-show receives no refund and the traveller receives the booking amount in their wallet. If the traveller or Fseka cancels, the full amount returns to the passenger wallet. Fseka does not take a cancellation fee.
Prohibited items
Senders may not move hazardous materials, illegal substances, weapons, currency, perishable goods without disclosure, or any item that violates Egyptian law. Unaccompanied items that can hide contents or are hard to inspect are not allowed, including cushions, pillows, stuffed or upholstered items, sealed bulky soft items, and similar concealment-risk baggage unless Fseka explicitly approves them. Violation results in immediate account suspension and may be reported to authorities.
Package and pet declaration
When a sender posts or books an unaccompanied package or pet handoff, Fseka treats that action as the sender's declaration that the item or pet belongs to them or they are allowed to send it, the photo and description are accurate, and the handoff is not prohibited. After carrier confirmation, Fseka provides a one-page declaration form with a QR verification link, item photo, sender name and phone number, carrier name and phone number, carrier vehicle details, masked references, and hidden National ID numbers. Travellers must check the item at handoff before carrying it and may refuse unsealed, suspicious, mismatched, hard-to-inspect, hidden, unsafe, or prohibited items.
Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute between passengers, travellers, or senders, Fseka may review booking history, chat logs, verification records, and payment activity before deciding whether to issue a refund, split liability, freeze a payout, or close the case. Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of the payment system may result in suspension.
Account termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for: repeated cancellation abuse, harassment, fraud, identity misrepresentation, payment abuse, moving prohibited items, or any behavior that endangers other users. Remaining balances may be held during dispute or fraud review before release or forfeiture.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
