If something goes wrong, open a dispute from the Help page. Our team reviews it within 48 hours and can issue refunds.

Rating & accountability

Riders and travellers rate each other after every trip. Low-rated users are flagged for review automatically.

Fseka Guarantee — first 50 rides

Fseka personally backs the first 50 rides on the platform. If your trip doesn't happen for any reason, you get a full refund — no fees — within 48 hours.

Full FSK refund if traveller cancels post-lock
Full refund if a rider group expires before a traveller accepts
Normal cancellation refunds return directly to your wallet
