Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect your mobile phone number, first and last name, profile photo, gender, and National ID images for identity verification. We also collect trip, booking, package or pet declaration, item photo, item description, receiver handoff, payout, dispute, and payment-reference data, plus device tokens for notifications.

How we use it

Your information is used to verify identity, match passengers, travellers, and item senders, process online payments and withdrawals, send confirmations and delivery codes, show package or pet declaration and inspection details to the matched traveller, provide a public declaration form with QR verification and hidden National ID numbers after carrier confirmation, investigate disputes, and keep the platform safe. We do not use your data for advertising.

Who sees it

When a booking or delivery is active, matched participants may see limited account information such as your first name, profile photo, trust badges, and review summary. For package or pet handoffs, the matched traveller may see the declaration, description, item photo, and receiver handoff details needed to inspect and complete the delivery. Package tracking and declaration-form links are public to anyone with the link and may show route, date, status, QR verification link, sender name and phone number, carrier name and phone number, carrier vehicle details, item description, item photo, and masked references, but not delivery codes, full account IDs, full National ID numbers, full plate numbers, or National ID documents. Item photo URLs may also be reachable by anyone with the exact generated photo URL. National ID documents remain restricted to authorized Fseka staff for verification, compliance, dispute handling, and lawful legal coordination through audited admin access.

National ID handling

National ID images are stored in private infrastructure and are only accessible to authorized staff for verification review. Once review is completed, ID files are purged from storage and URL references are removed. We do not expose National ID images to other users.

Data retention

In line with Egypt Personal Data Protection Law No. 151/2020, we keep personal data only for the needed purpose and period. For National ID files, we remove file links and purge uploaded images after verification review. If a lawful retention obligation applies, we keep only the minimum required data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting Fseka support or the privacy contact listed below. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance.
