Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect your mobile phone number, first and last name, profile photo, gender, and National ID (front and back) for identity verification. We also collect trip and booking data, payment references, and device push tokens for notifications.

How we use it

Your information is used to verify your identity, match you with hosts and riders, process payments, send booking confirmations and delivery codes, and keep the platform safe. We do not use your data for advertising.

Who sees it

After a booking is confirmed, your first name and profile photo are visible to your host or rider. Your phone number is never exposed — all communication goes through our WhatsApp integration. National ID documents are only accessible by Fseka admin staff for verification purposes and are never shared with other users or third parties.

National ID handling

National ID images are encrypted at rest and stored in a private Firebase Storage bucket. They are accessible only to Fseka administrators for the purpose of Tier 2 verification. Images are deleted 30 days after verification is approved or rejected. We never share National ID data with any third party.

Data retention

Your account data is retained for 2 years after account deletion. Transaction records are kept for 7 years for legal compliance. You can request full data deletion by emailing privacy@fseka.com.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request account deletion and data erasure, visit fseka.com/delete or email privacy@fseka.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
